- Name, firm name, and phone number for account, inquiry, and billing.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp or in the app (orders, inquiries, support).
- Device push tokens if you enable notifications in the app.
How we use it
- To reply to inquiries and share product / stock updates.
- To create invoices and manage customer records.
- To send transactional messages (e.g. bills) and, where permitted, catalog updates.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may use service providers (hosting, WhatsApp / Meta messaging, push delivery) only to operate the business and app.
Retention & deletion
We keep account and billing records as needed for business and legal purposes. Email marblesamrit@gmail.com to request correction or deletion of your account data.
